Dr. Yasser Salim Ratl Mrad, MD

As I was very nervous to go to him being I have 2 close family members who have went to him and had HORRIBLE experiences and I am high risk I didn’t know what to expect BUT he was absolutely AMAZING I had lost my last pregnancy do to negligence from my last obgyn dr mrad on the other hand said no we are keeping a close eye on this baby he refuses to have me come in every 4 weeks like normal and wants me in every 2 weeks instead he answered all my questions and concerns for me and ACTUALLY LISTENED to me

I have been seeing Dr. Mrad at least 2 times regarding monitoring of an ovarian "cyst" that has been growing. He says it's nothing to worry about and it will shrink on its own, however it's growing. I ended up in the ER. I'm having severe ovarian cancer symptoms.

Had lots of questions with no full answers. he asked me what we should do, instead of suggesting possible results to the issue at hand. Questioned me like I was stupid. Didn't seemed concerned about perterm labor symptoms. Was told anytime I have a contraction to go to hospital. Good thing this isn't my First Pregnancy.

Had some concerns about an infection while pregnant. Was cut off and told they would be testing for it with the pap smear. Results came back 3 weeks later.. turns out he didnt test for what I was asking. So now I've had to wait almost an extra month because of his dismissiveness. OB appointment was approximately 10 minutes long and was rushed out. Would see another doctor if I could.

Poor communication did not explain what was next or why nor what to expect, indifference in demeanor, visits were under 2 minutes. Rough pelvic exam and condescending tone.

Felt very unimportant to him. I was appalled by his bedside manner. I didn't leave there feeling confident my health was in good hands. He didn't answer my questions and rushed me out of there.
