I am shocked and surprised to see people stating that they do not care for this provider. To me he was one of the nicest providers I have seen in a long long time!! He was on time, he explained the EMG test to me in detail , he advised me of every thing that he was going to do before he did it. We talked a little about our private life and he made me feel so comfortable. Thanks Dr Kleen it was nice having you do my test. Best Wishes.

My thoughts are exactly as the other two we met tonight who had the unfortunate experience of seeing this man. Stay away, he doesn’t care and will not treat you. He will have you on high doses of antidepressants and tell you to take Tylenol for pain.

I have met several people like me who talk about how this man just does not care. It is true what the other person wrote, he makes it clear that he doesn’t trust you and makes you feel that since you are in pain you are also someone who abuses drugs. You will not feel better if you see him just like the other person said.

This man is cold and treats patients like a liability instead of patients. He makes it clear that he doesn’t trust you. Your pain will not be treated if you go see him.

If you are looking for a doctor who is caring and compassionate you don't want to go to Dr Kleen! Pretends to be nice for the first couple visits and then you will get a better idea of how cold he is! Take my advice and don't waste your time and money.

Dr Kleen has been great in treating my pain for a couple years. Since The Move to Prohealth, their new facility, and new nurses and staff, I am now a number in a fast food joint. Being on time to an appointment is not a problem, what is.. is the request to be 15-20 min early..This is NOT a process, procedure, rule, or documented anywhere. Non compliance with their early arrival request, Though not mandatory, will cost you your appointment. You will then be evaluated and a decision will be made to continue to have you as a patient or discharge you. Fair? NO. As for Kleen, he used to care and do whatever he could for his patients..now I'm a number that brings in revenue.. Now you know..

Dr Kleen helped calm my fears about having an EMG test. He was detailed when explaining the procedure and was truthful about the level of pain the test causes. He showed great empathy for my pain and let me know he himself had gone thru the test and knows how much discomfort and pain the test causes. Great man great doctor! Thanks for making the test bearable.
