Dr. Yekaterina Kuznetsova, DO

This doctors bedside manner is extremely horrible. The negativity reflecting off her voice was the worst part of the visit. I’ve been going to Madison Medical for over 5 years. I recommend you see Dr. Lev Haimoff for all your needs. He is absolutely wonderful!

I would like to state that first and foremost, this review directly pertains to Dr. Yekaterina Kuznetsova. I have been a patient of Madison Medical for quite some years now. I have been extremely satisfied under the care of both Dr. Haimoff and his PA, Arthur. This past Monday however, I had called the office and described some signs and symptoms of what was considered a potential medical emergency by the staff on site, and was told by the PA to visit the E.R and obtain blood work ASAP. I decided to make an appointment with the practice to do so, at their first available apt for a physical, which was today at 9:30 AM. I was reassured I would be seen right away, in and out, as I too am a medical professional with a practice full of scheduled patients to oversee. I rearranged my schedule to be able to make time for getting my physical completed after being reassured by the office that I would be out of Madison Medical within an hour of my scheduled appointment time (which was… 9:30AM). Dr. Kuznetsova SHOWED UP 45 min late to the office and told me she could not complete my physical in time, and without even reading my chart or asking me why I was there today, asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I never write reviews, but I feel I am compelled to comment on the unprofessional demeanor this doctor presented at my appointment. No doctor should ever speak to their patients this way. If I am late, I let the office know and this information is communicated to my patients directly. I really hope this is NOT a time-sensitive medical condition that requires the attention I was NOT given at my appointment, all because she showed up 45 min late to her first appointment of the day, and told me to reschedule. This "doctor" lacks a moral code of ethics.
