Great listener. Actually shows concern. When I had surgery she was the only one that didn't automatically think I wanted to leave the hospital as fast as possible. All the other doctors were pushing me like they wanted to be done with me. She fought for time for me to heal.

Gave great care to my Grandmother and now to my Mother and Myself.

She has been my primary for years.

If I can give lower than that, I would. My wife switched to her office due to insurance change and after seeing her reviews, we picked her. Dr Shanchuk herself is ok but her office is terrible. Don't return calls and always lie. My wife had neck and shoulder pain and numbness and needed MRI to see specialist but her office could not get order ready in 2 months. My wife had to suffer through so much pain due to their sloppy work. She reached out to their office twice a week and each time some lie. Finally, looks like we need to move on and find a good PCP with nice responsive staff. Please be careful while selecting her office.

Where to begin... No care or concern for my mothers care. Does not give adequate answers when asked critical questions. Actually seems annoyed by them. When I questioned her wanting to release my critical care mother the DAY after she had a PEG tube put in ( feeding tube) I said “we have not gotten to the heart of why my mother can’t swallow food” Her reply “:She’s old. Old people cant swallow” My mother is 69 years old! Never will I allow this woman near my mother again! She also allowed electrodes to be placed on TOP of my mothers pacemaker. Is there a rating less than 1 star?

Dr. Shanchuk is a very professional and caring Doctor. She has been my doctor for many years and I feel very special when I go to see her. Her staff always gets me in when I need to see her. I feel like part of the family. Dr. Shanchuk is a very caring doctor. At one time, I suffered from Migraine headaches, when I went for an appointment, she squeezed me in on a day she was double-booked, put me in an examining room, turned the lights off, asked me to lay down, close my eyes, gave me a cup of tea. Made me comfortable and came to examine me as soon as she could. This is a real doctor. One that cares about her patients. Sometimes the wait time is more than usual, but that is because she always tries to fit everyone in. Me included. Dr. Shanchuk always knows who I am and always acknowledges me in the waiting room right away. Keep up the good work!

She is a nice doctor but waiting time in the office is just ridiculous. On average I wait 45 minutes. I was sitting with flu shivering and high fever and that even didn't shorten my waiting time.

Wouldn't take a gold fish to this women. She has no regard for the elderly. She seen my mother and I know through her care my mother worsened until she finally passed!!!! Plus I only gave 1 star for each catagorie because there is no zero's to give.
