Dr. Yelena Vaynerov, MD

Yelena is a doctor that really appears to hate her job. Last few times I visited her, she always seemed to be in a bad mood and doesn’t want to take time answer questions. She is so not thorough compared to other doctors I’ve seen. On top of that, 80% of the time she doesn’t return call after a visit. Last time I spoke to her, she got irate with me on the phone b/c I wanted some details about my test results and she didn’t want to talk more than 2 minutes explain and with a bad attitude said I can just come in to get the full report. I didn’t even talk to her more than 2 minutes! What worried me most was when I told her about a condition, I had due to diet which another well known doctor told me & she just dismissed he said despite that was what cured me- changing my diet. It really made me question her credibility. In addition, often when you call the office – someone answers “hello”. Just like that. Like I’m calling someone’s apartment. So unprofessional. Sometimes the phone is… just busy as if there’s no call waiting. Other times it’s an answering service that picks up in the middle office hours to take messages but still no one returns your call. I’ve changed doctors and not ever going back to Yelena. My new doctor, what an amazing difference! Detailed, patient & actually CARES!

Great doctor. i didn't feel like she is in run.spend allot of time with us. after test result she contact me by phone with all explanation's .to avoid my additional spending for visit.

- Clinic was not clean/organized (doctor used her hands to grab a tongue depressor out of a desk drawer that was filled with tons of other stuff like pens, papers, etc.)- They told me my insurance would not work so I'd have to pay an $80 fee for the appointment. Then, a few months later, I get a bill from them saying that my insurance didn't cover the appointment and I have to pay... AGAIN? Incredibly disorganized. - The doctor was very nice, but she saw me for probably 10 minutes.
