Dr. Yeneir Urquiza

Dr. Urquiza makes you feel comfortable. She is efficient. She is well spoken. She is clear. I have had a cleaning and a crown. It feels good. I had the permanent crown in one weeks time. Dental care is expensive. She makes it less so. I am relieved to have found her.

I previously read all the reviews for this dentist and I decided to give her a try. Best choice ever! Her chair side manner was impeccable, she explained my treatment and alternative and provided several options. I will be returning.

Not a very good communicator. Spent over $800 and was there 3 times and the problem still not fixed.

She either doesn't speak English sufficiently to speak with the patient or she just doesn't choose to speak with the patient. The hygienist actually spoke and explained things to me after the dentist said the hygienist would let me know what she found.
