Dr. Yer Moua Xiong, MD

The Doctor I chatted with Yer Xiong MD was very ineffective. She sent in the prescription for whatever quantity and refills she deemed fit without even discussing it upfront with me. When I indicated how the quantity I use that she simply assumed was wrong she indicated she had sent in the prescription already and could not do anything. When I gave her feedback that every Doctor should first discuss the prescription medication, strength, quantity and refills with the patient upfront before just sending in a prescription to the Pharmacy, she became dismissive of the feedback, wished me a good night and abruptly ended the chat. This is unacceptable!

Rude and impatient

Do not use this doctor in person or virtually! I shared all of my health challenges and symptoms over a virtually chat and there was no empathy or diagnosis. I had to persist for a prescription for my dizziness. She had no intention to prescribe anything. Her advice was to go see a doctor and that's after I paid the fee upfront. I felt rushed and this was such a waste of time.

All she could tell me is "I don't know what's wrong with you" and rushed out the door cause she is behind schedule

Dr. Xiong went out of her to help me when I had an urgent infection of my wrist. I appreciated her knowledge & helpfulness!! She is knowledgeable and personable. I would take my family to see her and recommend her highly!!!!

When I went to her for a physical, I asked for some abg tests, which she reluctantly authorized, only to pull back her authorization when I was at the hopital to get the tests done. She is argumentative and is closed minded, and spent almost no time examining me.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! SHE COULD NOT PROPERLY DIAGNOSE THAT YOU HAVE 2 LEGS. I HAD TO SEE A DOCTOR THE FOLLOWING DAY WITH THE SAME SYMPTOMS AND HE COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS TOLD I HAD. EMBARRASSMENT TO THE PROFESSION!!!!!

Hey thar, Dr. Xiong... In the USA, the days are over when MD nobility scolded patients and treated them as bothersome street urchins. Your patients are your paycheck ... and that is why Bay View Columbia Clinic got rid of you. Dr. Xiong was very impatient with me. If I asked questions, it was obvious she just felt so very, very bothered....She spends as little time as possible with patients and barely gives them eye contact. You get the impression that you are bothering her. She is cold and devoid of people skills. People like Dr. Xiong really should consider being pathologists, medical examiners or forensic MDs because they have absolutely no people skills. This doctor was annoyed with me asking her about another problem I had and told me to make another appointment. She was royally irritated that I was asking her questions and could hardly hold back her contempt. This is the worst, most inexperienced and cold doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. Do… not even consider going to her. She is bothered by people and should be working in a laboratory somewhere off in the corner of some medical school, far, far away from live humans, whom she seems to despise.
