Highly recommend this physician. He did my colonoscopy 5 years ago and another one today. He is truly amazing. We are so lucky to have him here in Cleburne. I am 60 and all my friends and family have seen him for their colonoscopy!

Horrible! I first had to pay $35 to tell him I had no issues and for his office to set up a date for a colonoscopy. Then I had to go through the cleansing process, which, as we all know, is no fun at all! Then when I go for my procedure, the young lady said it would be a $275 co-Pay. I told her that I have a $0 co-pay. She said they verified it through my insurance, and it is a $275 co-pay. I was furious! I called my insurance company. No co-pay. I let the young lady speak with my insurance company. Afterwards, she said there would be no co-pay. Then, the business office told her to charge $275 for facility use. She said they are charging everyone, and they might refund it later. That is very unethical. I didn’t have to pay a facility charge when he did my last one. I left without getting my colonoscopy.

My screening colonoscopy got covered 100%. Doctor removed 1 precancerous polyp without me needing surgery. I already scheduled my repeat colonoscopy so I don’t forget. Definitely recommend this doctor. From the moment I stepped in to the very end everything was so professional. I understood every step of my visit. My insurance claim was filed timely and paid 100%. Very happy with my choice for my colonoscopy.

I went to see Dr. Ostrinsky for my screening colonoscopy. He explained etheiyhing. The nurses took great care of me. My insurance covered the whole procedure 100% and I did not have any precancerous polyps. He removed a total of 5. Gave me pictures after procedure. Highly recommend.

This doctor truly listens. He found a cancerous polyp and removed it. I came back since I had more questions about my condition and he explained perfectly. I sent my 2 sisters and a neighbor to him for their colonoscopy. They all thanked me.

Whoever handles insurance claims does not know how to do this. Every I went to the office I was always told I owed money. I have several specialist and don't have any problems. I ended up paying just because I don't want this on my credit. I will never go back. The person that does the insurance is never in the office so you can't talk to her.
