Dr. Yevgeny Eugene Mironer, MD

I wish I had seen these reviews before going to Dr Mironer. He is very arrogant, demeaning, and even ugly to patients. If he asks you a question, he cuts you off if he doesn't like the answer. He knows everything and you know nothing. He has selective memory recollection but only to document a reason to threaten you with stopping treatment or not seeing you again. He doesn't believe anything you tell him about your pain. You are just a nuisance to him. I wouldn't let any friend or family go see this abusive Doctor. He needs to be reported to the Board.

Really liked Dr. Mironer at first; he was pleasant and knowledgeable. During the insertion of a spinal cord stimulator (for the trial period), he hit a nerve to my left foot repeatedly before moving the sensor to another spot. This never happened "to him" before. No problem - things happen. An hour later, intense nerve pain pulsed down to my foot every five seconds. It was agonizing and frightened me a bit. After another hour (1 pm), I called and left a message describing the problem, asked if this was something that would calm down on its own, what could I do to relieve the pain - ice? heat? walk on it? Motrin was, of course, not helping. I told him how much pain I was in and asked him to call me back. What I find unforgiveable is that Dr. Moriner didn't call me back, nor did anyone from that office. This continued all day and all sleepless night until midday the following day. My foot felt bruised for days. Would not recommend him.

I would love to talk with the dr. I was told he dropped me because I refused to have a surgery with him. I am in total shock. I have been so sick with a bacterial infection in my body and have had 3 immediate family members including my husband diagnosed with CANCER! He did not tell me himself! I am still in shock.

Worsening RA and I was still asking to reduce my pain meds. It got to the point where I was crying in pain all day. Despite my telling them, and despite my history of actively reducing my meds, they either didn’t care or didn’t listen and left me crying out in pain every night.

This doctor is okay for pain management if he’s in a good mood. Sadly, that is what dictates his treatment of a patient. If he is angry at a patient or situation, he tends to take it out on his patients. Thus, he is not consistent in his treatment. He’s also very opinionated and leaves no room for a patient’s situation or unusually difficult circumstances.

won't prescribe anything for patients nurse practitioners are disrespectful to the patients and insult the patients this whole practice needs to be shut down bad service all around don't waste your time nor money.

He won't use sedation for injections. But even more importantly, he won't discuss options. Made an office visit appt with him to discuss options. He said I was wasting his time. He only wanted to do injections and offered no explanations or options. I know too many of steroid injections will eventually dissolve your bones. I wanted to find out what else could be done.

Unless you are in the market for a Spinal Cord Stimulator, don't go to this practice. It is very little more than a warehouse for SCS. This is their money-making, big ticket item and in my experience, Dr Mironer in particular, pushes this item to most all patients. If you ask questions about either policy or other treatment options, you are branded a difficult patient and it is duly noted in your chart. A Nurse Practioner made inappropriate comments of a personal nature (ad hominem) in my paperwork.This medical practice does not, in any way, shape or form, have concern for the patient as its primary objective. The only dr I trust in the practice is Dr. Joseph. He seemed to truly care, took time to explain procedures, and appeared to treat patients as human beings. Other than this dr, my advice is to stay clear of the place.

just plain no good!!! Fast talker. I wouldn't recommend no one to see this fool man.

The nerve conduction dr sent me away for being on my period when he wasn't going to be anywhere near that area. The psych eval dr looked like he was wacking off behind the desk during his eval of me. I told Dr Mironer's FNP, Monica Speak who told me she would look into it. The next visit she said they found no reason to think there was a problem. In other words, they believed him over me. The office staff is rude, which is probably due to how they are treated by the doctors.Dr mironer is Russian which i take no issue with other than he was playing loud russian circus music and singing loudly while sticking my spinal cord with a needle. I was freaking out but managed to stay still for fear of being paralized. Monica Speak, FNP is who you will being seeing most of the time, instead of Dr Mironer. She is an uncompassionate, mean and scary person. They do random drug test to make sure you are not abusing drugs. I agree with this due to the amount of people abusing drugs in our society. But… the way they went about it was by treating me like a dirty crimminal. After my test came back clean they didin't appollogize. I expect to be treated innocent til proven guilty. This practice is only about making money off injections, they have no business being in the field of medicine. Dealing with them left me shaken and feeling abused.
