Everything was very good

He's very nice and good mannered

He said that if he didn't find anything he would refer my daughter to an endocrinologist, however his office never even bothered to call with lab results so I doubt we will see that referral.

Amazing! He spent so much time with us and figuring out our complicated route that led to his office.

He was great understanding of what problems needed to be fixed and had realistic expectations

I feel he doesn't listen to us and says the same thing over and over - don't eat pizza and chips, which we don't even eat.

He is very informative and knowledgeable about our son's condition. He's easy to understand and very courteous.

Very kind and concerned about my health. Takes time to explain tests results and care plan.

Dr. Cai was very nice and explained things well to me (patient's mom). At times I felt we had a hard time understanding what the other was saying but he took the time to make sure we did understand.
