Dr Chen was on time. Very professional. I was very scared that I was going to lose my eye sight. He gave me hope that there was a procedure that could restore my sight. I will have to have surgery. That is a little scary for me. I belive in Dr. Chen. I know I have chosen the best doctor.

My visit to Dr. Chen, yesterday, went well. As usual, Dr. Chen was very nice and very pleasant to talk with. He is always very thorough in my examination and he always gives a precise assessment of what is happening with both of my eyes, which I very much appreciate. The only problem yesterday was the very long wait time for each of the different, preliminary exams before I finally saw Dr. Chen. Apparently another Dr. was gone from the office and Dr. Chen had to pick up extra patients. This made for a pile up of patients, which doesn’t usually happen. This is unusual as waiting time is never as long. Next time, the receptionists might consider contacting patients to see if appointments could be re-scheduled. Dr. Chen did a very good job considering how busy his office was. His nursing staff is very friendly, very helpful, very efficient, and very professional. They are well-trained in office procedures, technologies that are used, and the equipment and the medicines that are used in… eye exams. This establishes an environment of confidence in the office as a whole that a person will be medically, compassionately, and competently taken care of. Thank you, Rick Berger

He was thorough & explained everything in detail & my adult daughter is now going to him for her cataract surgery.
