I've seen Dr. Cai several times for various reasons and he has always been very helpful in determining a course of action. He has treated me with kindness and respect, and has the ability to make me feel at ease which is sometimes difficult to find in doctors.

I've seen Dr Cai several times for various reasons and he has always treated me with kindness and respect. He's very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and makes me feel at ease. He has a personal touch with his patients that is sometimes hard to come by. I highly recommend him!

I was a new patient struggling with inflammation and joint pain, digestive issues. He ordered all the right tests and referrals to discover the problem and solution. Good experience.

I went to Dr. Cai with a hernia. He was concerned with its size and recommended surgery as soon as the surgeons schedule would allow. Less than a week later I received a follow up phone call making sure that the surgeon did indeed have me scheduled for surgery as quick as possible. I will definitely be using Dr. Cai as my PCP in the future.

Dr. Cai treated me like I was making up my symptoms even though my tests were positive and IHA asked me to come back. He also treated me like my questions were dumb. Maybe they were, but I am a patient and he is a doctor. At one point, I actually got irritated with him and I had to say, "You are the doctor and I am the patient. I am here to ask you questions. That is your job." After that, he started acting more respectfully, but seriously I should not have had to do that. He also was mistaken about some of the things he told me and another doctor had to correct him. I will not be making another appointment with this doctor.
