Dr Cai is very caring, intelligent, and thorough. He listens and responds to patient concerns.

I went to Dr. Cai with a hernia. He was concerned with its size and recommended surgery as soon as the surgeons schedule would allow. Less than a week later I received a follow up phone call making sure that the surgeon did indeed have me scheduled for surgery as quick as possible. I will definitely be using Dr. Cai as my PCP in the future.

Dr. Cai treated me like I was making up my symptoms even though my tests were positive and IHA asked me to come back. He also treated me like my questions were dumb. Maybe they were, but I am a patient and he is a doctor. At one point, I actually got irritated with him and I had to say, "You are the doctor and I am the patient. I am here to ask you questions. That is your job." After that, he started acting more respectfully, but seriously I should not have had to do that. He also was mistaken about some of the things he told me and another doctor had to correct him. I will not be making another appointment with this doctor.
