Dr. Yih Jen Kok, MD

Dr. Kok’s professional behavior/interaction with the critical care nurses at GMC has been hostile, aggressive, threatening, and escalating in the past months including chasing down a icu nurse last week and she is still too scared to report it for retaliation from him. I recently suffered his aggressive abusive behavior/ yelling at me/ resulting in a delay in deteriorating patients care in which the patient ultimately suffered a worse outcome. Every single nurse in the ICU CCU and CSU agree that we are working in a hostile environment and fear for their safety and well-being as well as their patients. Yet, everyone is too scared to report it. This is our cry for help. Please investigate. Incident reports are to come, and we are reporting him to the medical board. We want to feel supported and protected from Dr. K’s dangerous disruptive behavior.
