Either the receptionist miscommunicate to the doctor, the doctor is on vacation in Japan when the patient arrived

My dad no longer go to this doctor. He overmedicated my dad. When my dad complained that he suspected the medication was making him tire, the doctor ignored it. Then my dad was in the ICU due to these inappropriate medications. This was acknowledged by my dad's primary care and also the hospital doctor. The medications that were prescribed to my dad was inappropriate.

Dr. Huang has been my general and cardio doctor for years and even though I probably could have seen a neck and spine specialist for my recent whiplash due to a car accident, he was able to see me immediately and have me checked out. He was able to diagnose my problems and show me what was going on plus he was able to refer me to some specialist who could further assist me in depth. It's always great to come to his office because he is a real down to earth person and I feel that he values the time he has with his patients unlike other doctors I've been to.

My husband had a heart attack and luckily Dr. Huang took care of him. He had put a stent in him and had always checked up on him frequently. The fact that he is patient in explaining every little detail before the procedure is why I trust this doctor because he actually cares for his patients unlike a few other doctors in the past that I've seen. I would and have referred him to many of my friends and family.

I have been Dr. Huang's patient for almost 5 years and I am very satisfied with the care I am receiving. During my visits he explains and responds clearly and patiently to all my inquiries. I was only asked to do necessary tests and when I end up in the hospital (due to other health issues), he was very professional and assisted the hospital staff when they contacted him in the wee hours with questions. Overall, I highly recommend him to others. He is a good doctor that cares about his patients.

So I'm not sure what's up with all the negative reviews on Dr. Huang but I feel the opposite of the negative reviews. He's an excellent doctor who goes into detail with everything that is being checked and he is very down to earth. I have referred my family and friends who have thanked me and continue to go to him. The office might get a little packed sometimes but when you see him it's worth the wait.

This doctor prescribes inappropriate medication and recommends unnecessary surgery. I'm glad I got a second opinion. I'm no longer seeing this doctor.

Doctor was unclear in explanations and pressured me into surgery
