Oh boy her receptionist is so rude and missable.. super rude

CALLED the office they verified they took my insurance. I arrive for my appointment review my insurance and, complete my paperwork plenty of time to let me know they do not participate in my particular program. Nothing was said, had my wellness visit received a large bill in the mail. When I called the office to ask why they had no excuse for not letting me know prior to the exam that my visit was not covered. This is misrepresentation and the reason the medical industry is in turmoil. The patient has no protections and the dr are getting so hungry for business they miss represent themselves. I of course will never return to this dr. I will have to go through a complete wellness visit again to secure a new GP. This office had the opportunity to let me know prior to the exam inexcusable abuse.

Dr. Lin patiently answers your questions and has thoroughly reviewed your medical record before your appointment.

Dr. Lin has been my GP for 15 years. I didn't want to change even after I moved over an hour away. She always listens to whatever medical issues I have and doesn't push medications unless I need them. I really think she is excellent.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lin for about 9 years. I feel I get a thorough exam when I visit, but do not feel that she is not one to push meds or extra tests when they may not be needed. My husband changed his general physician to Dr. Lin and also feels comfortable with her treatment. We all agree that a healthy lifesyle goes a long way to happier doctor visits!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lin for several years and find her to be a very good doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.
