We have been using her for ten years to manage multiple chronic conditions and food sensitivities . She listens, highly responsive and always has an action plan for success! We are very grateful for her care. She is truly better than the rest.

From what I have observed, Dr. Lu genuinely cares about helping children feel better and thrive. She takes time to listen, explain, and reassure — creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. She treats patients and families with compassion and respect.

I have observed Dr.Lu in different settings and her genuine care for her patients is outstanding. She is very thorough and attentive to her patients. In instances where she is unable to assist, she provides guidances and referrals to other subspecialties to ensure her patients get the appropriate care.

I highly recommend Dr. Ying Lu because of her diagnostic skill, her obvious rapport with young children, and her ability to clearly communicate with her patients' parents. I wish there were more pediatric specialists with Dr. Lu's patient and caring approach. We were never rushed during our appointment with her. She took great care to examine and accurately diagnose the root cause of my son's discomfort. She is a doctor who obviously cares about her young patients, and their worried parents.

Dr. Lu is a very knowledgeable, professional and personal doctor. She is always very patient with my many questions, and she engenders trust. I feel she is extremely informed about the most current information regarding her field of GI. She also shared a plethora of written materials and resources for my child's condition. In my experience, she has always been very respectful and never patronized or talked childishly to my child, which, sadly, I have experienced with other doctors. I feel confident she is giving me the best care and advice that I can receive for my son. I highly recommend her!
