Dr Liu is one of the best take the time to talk with her patients

anytime you go to the office the dr is always busy whether be a sick visit or annual checkup. only the nurse practitioners show up. Everyone in there thinks they are drs . Couldn't cure a simple infection. Would not recommend this dr to anyone

I have been seeing Dr. Liu for 6 years. I love her! She is a very good doctor and she is very smart. She always takes the time to sit down and talk with me and isn't rushing to see the next patient like some doctors. She is a very caring and compassionate.

Dr. Liu is the best primary care doctor. I started to see her 10 years ago when she worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center. I was willing to drive 20 miles to visit her as my PCP. She is extremely professional with a skilled bedside manner. Great staff who is always there to help!

All I can say is wow. I just called asking what all my mother was charged for because she paid almost 200 and Vanessa was very rude, cut me off while I was asking about charges by saying "who is ur mom! We see a lot of ppl daily!" When I asked to speak to the manager she transferred me to a Mindy who blew her breath when I informed her the receptionist was being very rude and said ok. I asked if she like to know what happened she said sure and blew her breath again. When I asked if I was bothering her she said no I'm just busy with other work. I am shocked at how I was treated on the phone. I do not recommend this place. My mother paid for an office visit that lasted 10 mins to just increased her meds. I plan on contacting our insurance and the corporate office after this incident.

I was recommended to Dr. Liu by a friend, who has been her loyal patient for 2 years. Dr. Liu is very professional and personal. She is very competent, her staff are friendly and all have high morale at work. I highly recommend Dr. Yinghui Liu as your PCP.

Yells at her staff, which makes you feel very uncomfortable.

I am a currently sitting in the lobby of her office. Listening to her yell at her employees. Something about using common sense. Do you not now that everyone can hear you in here? I just got up and left. Anyone that will treat their own staff like trash does not need to be seeing me.

Short tempered with staff at times, other then that very nice Dr. I've noticed other comments say the same thing.

I truly think Dr. Liu is a very competent doctor. Her staff is beyond charming. They truly understand what patient care is all about. When I walk through the door I am always greeted with smiling faces. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Liu's since the day her clinic has opened. I honestly believe her staff is now at it's highest performance level that is has ever been. The one setback for me personally is the way she speaks to her staff when she is trying to correct their behavior or something she does not find up to par. It may be a cultural thing that I do not understand, but I do not agree with embarrassing your staff in front of patients. When reprimanding your staff I agree you must do it firmly, but also show them you care at the same time. I leave this comment because I love my doctor and I will not change doctors until the day she decides to stop practicing. However I have seen these young ladies be reprimanded one too many times. Not only does it make them uncomfortable but… it is also uncomfortable for the patients as well.
