Dr. Yisel Hernandez Mons

I was recently treated at West Kendall Hospital and was discharged by this doctor on October 24. Later that same afternoon, I had to go to urgent care and was transferred to Baptist Hospital’s main campus. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the care I received. Having to seek additional medical attention and be transferred to another hospital just hours after being discharged was incredibly frustrating and concerning. I feel that my situation was not adequately addressed before I was sent home. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor. Patients deserve to feel heard, receive appropriate care, and have confidence that their medical concerns are being taken seriously before being discharged. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care I received.
