FORMAL COMPLAINT Date: 08/30/2025 To the attention of: Dr. Yoel Brito 78 SW 13th Ave, Ste 202 Miami, FL 33135 Dear Dr. Brito, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from some of your office staff. On several occasions, I have had to wait more than ten (10) minutes on the phone without receiving proper assistance. Furthermore, when I requested to be seen by you, the staff responded in a disrespectful manner, suggesting that if I was not satisfied, I should look for another doctor. I would like to emphasize that you have been my physician since 2020, and I have always trusted your professionalism. For this reason, I am both surprised and concerned that your staff would act in such a way, as it directly affects the continuity of my treatment and my confidence in the service. I respectfully request that you review this situation and take the necessary measures to ensure that patients are treated with dignity, respect, and… professionalism. I was fortunate to have my mother Elsa Nassar under Dr. Britto care while at Mercy Hospital. Even though she didn't make it, Dr. Britto was fantastic explaining to us in our lingo my mother's condition at all times. He was very thorough and caring. And in our worst time as she went into a cold blue, he came running and did everything in his power to revive my mom. Dr. Britto is an asset to Mercy Hospital, and for ever, my sisters and I are grateful.
