Each time I’ve been here I’ve waited at least an hour in the waiting room and then once I’m in the room I wait another 30 minutes before I see the doctor. One she is in the room she stays for only 5 minutes (I time on my phone each time) and then leaves. She doesn’t make you feel like you’ve been heard or what you have to say is important. The entire time you’ve waited to talk or ask about something and you don’t even have time to mention it to her before she runs out of the room. I waited over a week to have a refill on one of my very important medications because they wouldn’t return my calls or my pharmacy’s calls and faxes. I gave them several chances in hopes it would get better. Never did. Also, there is no privacy. The front desk makes you state your phone number and address out loud so everyone in the waiting room can hear. Once you’re in a room you can hear everything that is going on outside so there is no way those who are on the outside who cannot hear you. This practice… needs to figure out something to run things differently. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a primary care before. Will not be returning.
