Dr. Brady has been my PCP for six years, but the quality of care has definitely gone down over the last couple years. I have not been able to schedule an in-person appointment with her since 2019, (she's consistently booked 6+ months out) and her communication has been sorely lacking. I did not feel that she listened to what I was wanting at my last virtual appointment, and recently her team has failed to change my name after getting married (despite asking multiple times), put an incorrect prescription in my chart, and cancelled my last two appointments with nurse practitioners due to internal miscommunications and errors. I am done dealing with her staff, so I will be finding a new doctor (outside of Baylor) who will actually see me and listen to me.
