Dr. Yolanda Flores, MD

It is very very difficult to even get through to the office. have tried for 3 days. have been on hold for over 3 hours. I just wish that i could speak with someone! Anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Flores for several years as my PCP, Internal Medicine. I highly recommend her. BTW: She is no longer in Henderson. Her office is at SMA's South Eastern clinic. She is very good at explaining things and takes her time going through your history and asking as well as answering questions. Due to SMA's strange appointment scheduling system, it is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Flores. They book exactly 60 days out, so you have to go online (or call) daily to find an appointment at a particular time/day. This might work for SMA, but it is poor customer service, especially if you actually work to pay your insurance premiums.

We, my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Flores for a number of years now. She always manages to have the "extra" time to spend explaining things to us in a way we can understand. Her Diagnosis of or medical needs has always been right on. It is fairly easy to get an appointment with her or one of the assisting staff, and if we ask to specifically see her then that is always available to us as well. She has always had a very caring manner, and I would recommend her to anyone.
