Dr. Yolanda Tomas Grady, MD

My family has been seeing Dr Grady for over ten years. She is knowledgeable and has a caring attitude

Told my girl friend to drive back home when she was 15 minutes late. Nobody was in the office. She is having serious issues that needed to be discussed (I'm a paramedic so believe me when I say serious issues). I'm taking her to the hospital. Yolanda should treat patients that have been coming to her for over 10 years with more respect than that. She also normally makes you wait 15 minutes in the room before she comes anyway.

I agree, Dr. Grady & Kristi are great, but the front office staff is rude.

Dr. Grady and Kristi Diehl are great. Her staff lacks compassion, caring, professionalism and understanding. Her front desk staff is rude. When you ask a question, I feel as if I am bothering them. I have been mistreated by Dr. Grady's front desk and telephone operator too many times. I am considering switching Doctors because of her staff. When I told her operator this, the operator very smartly said "If you feel you must, then you should." Really? Do you not value your patients? It is sad. I have been going to Dr. Grady for 9 years. When I first began going, her staff was awesome. Over the last 3 years, her staff has diminished and is now unprofessional.

I love Doctor Grady. She takes her time with each patient, talking and explaining. I highly reccommend her.

Highly recommended. We become good friends.
