I've used a few pharmacies in the past before discovering Osco at Shaw's at 641 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301 about 15 years ago. Although staffing has changed over the years, the quality and professional care haven't. I still receive quality service with a smile, especially from Patrick, the pharmacist. He's very polite in his dealings with people in person or on the phone. The "thank you" and "please" come naturally for him not only with me but others I've witnessed. The same can be said about the other employees, too. They've called my doctors on my behalf and reported back to me with status without me calling them. They're yet to make an error in filling my meds, and I get quite a few! I consider those acts excellent services. For now, this is the pharmacy of choice for me, my wife and the rest of my families. Thank you for doing a fantastic job at Osco at Shaw's here in Brockton, MA 02301!

For 25 - 30 years we have used this pharmacy. Since Mark the head pharmacist left this place stinks. It seems that any time you put a prescription in it is either - 20 minutes, or, we don't have it, maybe tomorrow or the next day, oh, I don't think your insurer covers this, etc., etc. We will notify our doctors that Osco is no longer our pharmacy and will transfer to Walmart where they always seem to have what one needs, with no problem. The only two people at Osco who were helpful was Lin, and Sandy, both who have left. Jackie who is there now is great - everyone else there who are new, are useless. We are done.
