Dr. Yolanda Marie Lenzy, MD

My daughter had an appt with Ryan. He was very condescending and threatening in his demeanor. He was so threatening that he caused her to have a frontal lobe seizure. Looking for another doctor.

First of all, I know nothing about Dr. Lenzy since she has never been in the office during my visit there. I had a televisit during covid to look at a new lesion on my skin. That visit was with the PA and not Dr. Lenzy. The visit was 5 minutes and I was charged a co-pay of 80.00, which I paid. It took over 2 months to be seen in the office for removal of the lesion as recommended by the PA. By that time the lesion disappeared but I didn't have time to cancel the appointment. I went into the office and was seen for less than a minute by the PA again who said there's nothing there so you can leave. This literally took less than a minute. About a month later I receive a bill for 80 co-pay again. I attempted to call the office for weeks but was not successful in speaking to anyone. I finally got a call back two months later. I told the woman I thought the bill must be an error because I wasn't there for even a minute. She told me "you were seen weren't you". They then… threatened me with collection so I paid the bill. I believe this to be unfair billing practices and intend to take it further. In the meantime, they got their 80. Make sure to ask questions about their billing practices!!! There are other dermatology practices around that are much more responsive and compassionate. This left me feeling like they only care about money.

I had my first visit with this office after I brought my son in. Everyone was very friendly, and were very sympathetic to what was going on with me. They mad me feel l like they actually cared. Front staff were very welcoming and friendly, the medical assistants were understanding and the Doctor was helpful. Very good experience look forward to going again!

I was not advised that a treatment prescribed would not be covered by insurance, and frankly, I could've done without it since it was ineffective. I now am stuck with a very large bill! Be careful. Would not go back again.

Dr. Lenzy is a very professional and passionate doctor I have had two visits with her and she is great the problem I had with my scalp is improving because of her methods thank you Dr Lenzy and her staff is very nice to,I highly recommend her yo anyone. By MOA

Arrived for appointment and was told that I couldn't be seen because my PCP did not send a referral. Office staff stated they had called to inform me. However, they used a number I had told them was no longer mine. I called my PCP office on the spot, they sent the referral, but the office staff said I had to reschedule. It was their error and they never apologized. Instead, they were rude and made it seem like it was my fault. In addition, the previous year I arrived at my appointment TWO different times to be told it was cancelled! Again, no apology for their lack of communication. Dr. Lenzy is great IF you get to see her. The office staff needs a lesson in efficient communication and customer service skills.

I haven't had the opportunity of reviewing the performance of Dr. Lenzy even though she was highly recommended by my highly acclaimed oncologist surgeon and former retiring demotologist, but her staff is awful. They are very discourteous, treat you like a number and when they mess up, make you feel like you've done something wrong. -10 negative rating to a Myra who appears to be her chief staff assistant for calling to verify insurance information after I had already verified my appointment a day before to tell me they lost my pertinent patient insurance information but acted like it was my fault instead of their staff. Note: I had provided all the required insurance information to her staff over one month ago prior to and in requirement per their policy, to get an appointment with this doctor. I was looking forward to meeting with her on the scheduled date. Apparently her staff forgets who pays their salary.. as the paying customers we are. I have to wonder who does the… customer service training...it's awful and I'm in the customer service business. I've been seeing professional specialist, including Demotologists (some of the best I may add) for almost 50 years and this experience with her staff leaves me to believe that health care of the future is in a downward spiral. Hopefully I can write a positive review after meeting with the doctor...this review is not about her skills or talents. (Note: I hardly ever write negative reviews). She seems to have what I'm looking for in a professional medical expert but getting to see her through her bullish bodyguard of staff, has been a very unfavorable experience to date.. Clearly, an apology for their error was in order, but her staff and Myra in particular, does not possess the people's skills to consider such actions.

Love everything about my 2 visits. Wish they were closer to me but worth the drive!

Great Doctor, but she left where she was practicing an I can't find her anywhere. I would love to find her
