Dr. Yone Virginia Ponce

Dr. Yone Hauseman
Dr. Hauseman was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She earned her dental degree in La Universidad Central de Venezuela, in Caracas. In 1986, she moved to Boston where she obtained a Master degree of Science in Dentistry and Oral Biology as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics at Boston University.
She moved to Tucson and established her orthodontic practice in 1991. Family has always been a priority to Dr. Hauseman and for that reason she limited her practice hours to be able to keep a balance between her profession and raising her children, Yone and Anthony. Now that Dr. Hauseman’s children are both attending college, she has more time to serve more patients in create beautiful and healthy smiles to last a lifetime.
Dr. Hauseman is fluent in Spanish, which has been an asset reaching out to the community. She has been involved as a volunteer at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Dental Clinic since 1995. She has also been involved in …outreach Dental Mission trips in foreign countries.
Dr. Hauseman professional affiliations include The American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics and The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics.

I began working for Dr. Hauseman in 1998. I enjoy every aspect of my job. I especially like seeing the transformation in our patient smiles and self-confidence when they see the results of the hard work we achieved together.
I have two amazing children and a wonderful husband. We love swimming and spending time together.

I have been working with Dr. Hauseman as an Orthodontic Assistant since 2006. I love my job and the people I work with. Especially working with the patients to help them achieve that perfect smile.
When I’m not working I am spending time with my 3 boys. They keep me going everyday.
