Never even made it in to see Dr. Lee. I called their office today to schedule an appointment as a new patient, as Dr. Lee is the assigned PCP from my new medical group. I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes so the receptionist could "call another secretary" and waited until I hung up and called back. They picked up my call again immediately, which indicated to me that they had no intention of taking me off hold before or transferring me to "another secretary." The receptionist seemed embarrassed when I called back. She was very rude to me and made no effort to accommodate me to schedule an appointment. She told me there would be no availabilities for at least 3 months. At the end, she told me she would try to call me back but never even took my phone number and abruptly hung up on me. Not sure how Dr. Lee is as a doctor, but if the service from the front desk staff was like this, I would caution against choosing this doctor's office. Awful experience.

This doctor needs to get off his high horses and stop yelling at his patients and families. Very unprofessional and rude. What an embarrassment to the field. Avoid!

Worst doctor ever!! Avoid at all costs!!!
