I had my appointment with Yordenis Collazo Eijo ARNP at the Family Medicine facility in Dade City. I want to acknowledge her professionalism and also, her style of helping and attending to the patient's concerns and needs. She is very focused on her work, sensitive and most of all, she attends to the patient with much dedication and respect. She collated my medication list, talked with me about my treatment options, and walked me through the steps to follow. I am very confident with her and recommend her 100%.
