A man who hurts other with his belief is a selfish man. A Dr. who doesn't do the best for his patients because of his belief is nothing more than psychopath with a medical degree.

this doctor sued the state and stopped an important death with dignity law. If you don't like the law don't help your own patients but stop being selfish and allow other patients to use this important law.

No law is telling you YOU have to prescribe any medication or perform any procedure that is "against your religion." As for having to pass on records, no patient has to tell you why they want you to send their information to someone else. I know the woman in news article - I want someone to take this doctor to her hospice bed and look at this smart, compassionate, fun woman suffering. Make him sit there with his religion.

Since your so religious that is fine, mind your own business about someone who is in so much pain. Do you realize what this woman is going through, really sir who are you. Your not god buy any means. Your scores tell a lot of what kind of doctor you are. I would ever go to you. Let this woman die with dignity!

Gee Doc, looks like you don't have too many friends, guess not allowing someone's right to die, may have something to do with it? If you can't separate your religious from your profession, maybe you shouldn't be practicing medicine

Prioritizes profiting on the misery of others to make a few bucks, and hides behind his religion to do so. Refuses to pass medical records off to another doctor so that he can suck every penny dry from a suffering family. He is a complete and utter scumbag.

People have a right to die with dignity and not have someone else’s religious beliefs govern that process. Separation of church & state buddy.

This gentleman (which I refuse to call a doctor) does not respect the NJ law and is against patient’s well being (even patients which he has no information on). He likes to impose his religious beliefs on everyone which disregard of the NJ law. Not a real doctor

This piece of scum blocked New Jersey’s right to die law not because he cares about patients suffering, but because if people choose to put an end to their pain it also puts an end to the money going directly into his pockets. He can easily refuse to treat patients seeking to end their lives, but instead he challenges the entire law in court. If he and his patients want to suffer - KNOCK YOURSELVES OUT. I certainly would like to see this man die a slow and painful death. But as for the rest of us - keep YOUR religion out of our lives.
