Rarely see the doctor, tests ordered by staff, no appointment with doctor to discuss results

I suffer from IBS-C. Had this app to figure out if it could be something else and ask him to assist me in reducing the occurrence/reduce symptoms. When I asked about medicine out there for IBS, he said “if insurance doesn’t cover, there’s no point in trying xxx medicine” (my insurance doesn’t cover xx). When asked if my condition could be caused by dysbiosis he quickly said “no” (even though I read online it can). He was always quick to reply no to all my questions and say “we don’t know what causes IBS”. That I know! I wanted instead some guidance for better life quality from a gastro (specialized in this area) but instead got nothing. I felt like he was in a rush. I had a list of questions and I felt uncomfortable asking all of them. Do not recommend him at all!!

I've been dealing with issues for nearly six months, get a colonoscopy and the rubber bands to the hemorrhoids do not solve the problem. I try to make a follow up appointment to get it figured out and instead of making another appointment his guidance was to either go to the ER or just use Preparation H cream. He already knew I had been using that for months and also explained it again when I called. I call back to try and tell the nurse that I'm extremely uncomfortable and need to get this figured out. She talks to Dr. Huh again, and he doesn't change his mind, "use Preparation H," and does not schedule another appointment with me. Definitely worst experience with a Dr. to date. There is a lot more to complain about with the actual appointments, but the unwillingness to help after one attempt is absolute unbecoming of doctor with this speciality. No issues with the rest of the staff or facility.

Dr. Huh tried to rush our appointment after HE showed up late. He didn't explain ANYTHING. We had test results that we were told would be in three days from when we had it done. Here I am, 8 BUSINESS days later and several phone calls to the office have the nurses informing me that they have not yet opened the chart OR EVEN LOOKED AT THE TEST. I am so fed up with this doctor and clinic I could scream. If you value your life and your health, DO NOT SEE DR. YOUNG HUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
