Dr. Youssef Salim Anid, MD

Update to my previous review made on February 21,2023. Still out of breath and coughing, after my appointment was canceled by Dr Anid / his staff, I went to Suncoast Urgent Care because of these symptoms. At Suncoast Urgent Care an X-ray of my chest was taken and I was diagnosed with BRONCHITIS and prescribed antibiotics along with a cough suppressant medication. As of today, I’m on the road to recovery thanks to the staff and doctor at Suncoast Urgent Care ( highly recommend) and NOT Dr Anid / his staff.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was dismiss by his clerical support staff because of a missed diagnostic test although I was there for another medical reason and also to reschedule the diagnostic test. In reference to the above appointment, the clerical support staff claimed that because I didn’t take the diagnostic test, she had called me to cancel my appointment. After checking my phone no call was made to me by this doctors office. I will not be going back to Dr Anid office and will find another pulmonologist.

My husband has it listed in all of his records due to his health concern that I his wife are to attend all medical appointments with him due to his short term memory loss every time we come to this office the staff is very unprofessional and thing they know better that the patient I will be contacting the omnibus to report this

Been waiting for a pet scan 4 months, lied to me ,they told me it was denied, several times, Called them every week. Was told the same thing., I called insurance co. They said they never denied it,. They never even submitted a request, kept telling me it was in review, For 4 months, ,That person at the front desk is useless, I would never go here,if your life means anything to you, When my blood pressure and co2 levels were taken she said was not her job to tell me anything, I have Asthma I called in for a rescue inhaler, they said they would call it in . guess what? It was never called in .If it wasn't for my primary I would probably not be here today, Also I in the past said I was out of Ad vair, guess what never called it in. So in over 4 months i finally got a appointment for a pet scan not from this place though,took 2 days This is the worse I have ever been treated ever, unprofessional,

Maria, who works in the office, has the worst attitude. She takes personal phone calls while you're waiting. She doesn't know how to process insurance forms.When asking a direct question to the Dr., he seems like I bothered him. He just wants to get done as soon as possible.

I never like such Piece of meat. No introduction s no friendliness at all. Zero attempt to accommodate on appointments. Totally one sided conversation with not any repartee

I thought maybe it was me just being impatient but after reading all the reviews I agree with everybody that has set something the staff is basically terrible, so it looks like this is been going on for a while I'm in the process of changing Dr basically for the staff I feel very uncomfortable with them. Now I am trying to get in touch with them and there is no phone number now call the hospital I find out what was going on with the phone number and nobody seems to know I am truly done with them

The staff is rude and Dr. Anid belittled staff in front of patients. He went on and on because he didn't have someone's file.

Having a difficult time with staff complying with equipment company and Medicare guidelines for CPAP. Resulting in interruption in service. Not able to get needed supplies due to non compliance

Office staff are idiots! Lost all my prior medical records! Didn't inform me that they no longer accepted my insurance. Told me wrong date for CAT scan app, wrong date given for follow-up app. Bunch of Idiots!
