Hi, I came to see you and drove all the way from Charleston, WV a few months ago. I made over a 4 hour drive to specifically see you in hopes of getting answers. Like everyone else until recently, you brushed me off as well. I tried to explain my chronic pain to you and you acted like it was in my head. I felt as if I wasted a trip and I do want to let you know you missed something BIG. I actually have Drug Induced Lupus. Yep, lupus! Can this explain the things I have been complaining about for years? I’m sending you a copy of my labs so you can see proof as to why I have been complaining. I know you kept asking “how did you find me” like you didn’t even understand why I was there. I find it ridiculous I travel hours from home, come back with zero answers. I made a 1 hour drive from my house, and got answers within days. Hopefully my case actually makes you listen to your patients more. Cleveland clinic was a total waste of my time. I had high expectations and left with ZERO help. This… is something that is a big deal, especially to me being that it’s my body and my chronic pain. Please pay attention in the future and use me as a learning tool, if anything. I have a reason for the chronic deliberating pain. I have labs to back it up. Remember, young doesn’t always equal healthy. Chronic pain comes in all forms, shapes, sizes, and ages.
