Came because good reviews and confirmed acceptance of the insurance before making appointment. 1. Uneducated front desk doesn't know what insurance they accept 2. Be prepared to prove your insurance coverage to front desk, though it's their job. Plus, patient and provider have different systems... 3. With an appointment, you will still need to wait for more than one plus hour if hopefully not two 4. You will be called numerous times to walk to front desk unnecessarily.. 5. BE WARN that front desk will try to HURT you physically!!!!! Conclusion, I did not see the doctor in the end... After an hour of waiting, I requested my papers and copay back, now the front desk throw them back at me... Excuse me???? After doing your job and waiting for you to input my info to computer for over an hour and still inputting? This is how you treat a person?!!!! Stay away!!!
