Dr. Yue-Qing Tan, MD

It took me over 6 hour to make this appointment. I was on hold for 4 hours one day. I finally got someone that could help she said to make a same day appointment- the next morning I had to call early so I was not on hold for so long- the person sounds like they are telling me I have an appointment with Doctor Grant. I do an internet search and find there is no Dr Grant in Watauga, i have to do an internet search because I can call the number and be on hold for an hour again. I leave at 4 pm from Dallas to make a 5 pm appointment but get there at 5:15 because of an accident. The receptionist is a horrible rude human being, i never want to come in contact with this dreadful women ever again. She is on the phone- tells me to wait in line even though there is no line. Accuses me of being 30 min late when I point our it is 5.25 and she had me wait for 10 mins. They are very disrespectful of patients time but you better not make them wait- horrible experience
