If you can dont have to come here then dont. The worst customer service from theemployees and office manager. They do not communicate with you if there is a so called problem they put it in the computer but never speak with you. If there intern makes a mistake instead of them taking responsibility they put it on the child or parent. I was told that me and my child were lying about him swallowing the metal about 5 inches on his braces. She said oh he did it in his sleep. I do believe if would probably of choked on metal that long. Without any warning they removed his braces stating they called me about the problems he was having with his braces. Hello no phone called was made. She called me a lier when i told them i could pull my phone records to show they never made a call thats when they said its in the computer that we spoke with you about the problems at the office visits which they didnt. My son had his braces on for almost a year to have them decide they wanted them off. Not to… mention Dr Behl himself did not show up to tell us he sent some other dentist in his place that we have never seen before and he wont even call back to talk about this matter. Like i said we have been coming here a year and never have they spoke with me about any concerns or problems. The day they decided to take his braces off was the day they were suppose to sch him to have is jaw broke and without warning all this happens. I was so dissatisfied how we were treated and then for the sub dentist to tell me i wouldnt be able to afford to continue with another doctor. More or less that i was poor because he has a state insurance. They do not know my financial situation to say something like that. You shouldn't judge someone based on what insurance they have. I left his office so upset about the way they treated my son and me. SO DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE IT WILL BE A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILD. My fight with them has just begun they need to investigate this office and staff.
