Dr. Yuhang Jia, MD

Dr. Jia has been my PCP for three years now. Thus far, I have been very impressed. He is never rushed and answers all of my questions thoroughly. I recommend him.

Really like him as a doctor. Listens to what I want to say. I don’t feel rushed. Very responsive to email via the patient portal.

He does not listen at all to the patient’s concerns.

It is so disappointing when one Physician takes over the practice of another and the level of service and care just don't measure up. Dr. Jia may be a great doctor, neither my husband, nor I, have seen evidence of that. The previous doctor made us feel like we were partners in our healthcare. He listened, followed up. and explained to us the treatment plan, etc. Dr. Jia has done neither. As both my husband and I have health challenges and need to see a PCP, we have been hesitant to return to Dr. Jia.

Having just moved to Kingwood, I needed a new general practitioner. My urologist recommended Dr. Jia. I was able to make an appointment quickly. I waited no more than five minutes to be seen. The facility was spotless. Dr. Jia was friendly, polite, and engaged in conversation. I did not feel rushed. I have used the website to communicate with him after my appointment and he responded quickly to my additional questions. I am very satisfied with Dr. Jia. Also, it is very convenient to have a lab and imaging facilities on site.

Called for 2 days leaving messages to make am appt with.no call back. Had to go to the office in person to make an appt.

Dr. Jia is my PCP. He's kind and soft spoken and caring. His MA was very knowledgable and I feel confident in both of their skills. It's hardly any wait time to see him and easy to get in. I have recommended him to my family members.

Dr. Jia is incredibly rude and unprofessional, I saw him for my hip pain and he didn't provide any help just ordered a scan without telling me what to do next. We will not be coming back!
