Dr. Yun Kim, MD

I have been trying to get in touch with my physician for over a month.The manager never follows up and the staff is not only rude but sarcastic when I'm trying to express my displeasure with the staff. I don't think the doctor is aware of this or several other incidents but he will be at my next appointment which will determine if I will return at all.His office was all I could ever talk about as far as being my go to for healthcare needs now I'm torn.He's a great doctor but the staff is another story.

Dr. Yun is a rare find: he is the kind of doctor who sits with you and actually talks to you. I have been to way too many doctors who saw me for 30 seconds, had a nurse practitioner give me refills, and never listened to a word I say. So when I started going to Dr. Yun and he showed genuine interest in my health in a holistic way, including asking about the wellbeing of my family who live in a war zone, I knew that this will be a doctor I can trust with my life. Moreover, the practice staff are extremely helpful, warm, and professional. They always address issues as soon as they arise and show so much empathy, compassion, and patience. Honestly if my new insurance allowed me to continue to see Dr. Yun, I would have been their patient for life. I highly recommend making Dr. Yun your general doctor.

have been trying to get an antibiotic for three days called into the pharmacy and even though they acknowledge it I still have not received it and it is not at the pharmacy I'm looking for a new position.I had another incident where I was conference in on another patient call which is a total HIPAA violation. There is no room for error when it comes to me and my family and this office is full of them.

I had an 8:45am appointment and the nurse practitioner didn’t come into the room until 9:50 am. After more than an hour of waiting in the patient room the provider informed me that they couldn’t help me with my standard needs. It is infuriating to see people with such little respect or consideration. I explicitly informed them of my needs when scheduling the appointment and during the check-in process with the nurse. THIS IS GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else.

I was recommended to Dr. Kim by a coworker and I am very pleased with him as he takes his time with me and explains everything in detail. Very happy!

I wasn't sure if I was going to stay with Dr Kim after he took over Dr Linsey practice. But my husband and I both like him. He takes his time with his patients..doesn't rush us out the door like so many other doctors seem to do.
