Dr. Yunshin Albert Yeh, MD

Dr. Yeh received his pathology residency training from the University of Arkansas and Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He completed his fellowship training at Harvard Medical School and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Before joining the faculty at North Shore University Hospital, Dr. Yeh was a staff pathologist at Westchester Medical Center and Putnam Hospital Center. He is an exemplary diagnostician, researcher, and teacher. He is also one of the contributors in the discovery of a distinctive pediatric renal tumor with chromosomal translocation. His expertise is in genitourinary pathology with emphasis on kidney tumors and non-tumor mimickers. His interest covers a broad range of kidney diseases including, but not limited to, papillary renal cell carcinomas, renal cell carcinomas arising from acquired cystic kidney diseases, and chromosomal translocation renal cell carcinomas.
