I had cataract surgery and Dr. Arvan corrected my astigmatism's surgically. Dr. Arvan explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. In addition to being an excellent Ophthalmologist, Dr.Arvan has a wonderful sense of humor and bedside manner!!! Dr. Arvan is the single best eye doctor I have ever been to and I've been in glasses for 46 years; trifocals for 36 of those 46 years. Now I can see at a mid-distance for the first time in 36 years and all of the colors are so intense and bright!!!!! I didn't even realize that the cataracts were muting all colors in addition to impairing my vision. I no longer need trifocals, I only need bifocals!!!!! I am so very appreciative for having an ophthalmologist as competent, compassionate and thorough as Dr. Arvan.

Dr Arvan is one of those gifted all around physicians that when you see him for treatment, he immediately puts you at ease and instills a confidence in the patient. The results have been outstanding as well.

Dr. Arvan is one of those people you meet and like immediately. He is courteous, polite, efficient and uses the latest methods and technology. My husband had one catarac removed and has to have another one removed in one week. I am very impressed with our experience dealing with Dr. Arvan.
