WASTE OF TIME AMD GAS!!! Went in today for a new patient appointment only to be denied and turned away with a recommendation. I was denied because of a $22 payment that I was unaware of since the receptionist failed to mention while making the appointment over the phone. The day prior to my appointment Precision Pain contacted me claiming they had someone cancel so they have an available slot sooner than my original appointment. I specifically asked her if there was anything I needed to bring and she said no, nothing. Once I made it to my appointment to check-in the receptionist says my visit will be $22 and wants to know how I will pay. I told her no one said anything about me having to pay $22 for this visit. If anyone would've mentioned it to me I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas driving up there to be turned away. Then the lady who was supposed to tell me comes out trying to convince me that she told me. I said no you did not. Then she said well I left you a message this… morning. I said yes, you did and I'm just now receiving it on my way here. I said why would you have to tell me in a voicemail if you told me before? I told them that I get paid Friday and I'll have it then. She thought about it for a minute and asked me to hold while she asks if he will see me, but she didn't think he would. After she comes back she says he won't be able to see me today. Once I get the money that I could reschedule my appointment. For someone to turn you away for $22 knowing you have a bulging disk, it says plenty about you as a human being. Waste of time and gas. NEVER AGAIN!!

Did not fix issue or relieve pain. Never got to speak with Dr. Borshch , just PA EMILY S. SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL OR UNDERSTANDING THAT REGARDING PAIN MANAGEMENT. GOING BACK TO SOUTH TEXAS SPINAL.

I came to this visit expecting it to be normal when I got hit in the gut by being told that I was being dismissed... A fact that I supposedly should have been aware of from a phone call that I received almost 2weeks prior by someone who I came to find out later was the (Office Manager). She just told me she was from the Office, at NO TIME did she ever give me her title... This ALL happened because my PCP had given me a script for something that she didn’t know had been reclassified as an Opioid. She, as a rule does NOT prescribe them! Sooo I had stopped taking them with the exception of 2 over a plane ride to see my grandchildren (had been to I’ll to go in 4yrs). So folks the bottom line is that I go in expecting it to be a normal visit and I get this BOMBSHELL!!! I’m being dismissed... When I explained the story to Emilie I think she understood much better what had happened and that I certainly wasn’t trying to break any rules. But the kicker in this whole thing is… that I wasn’t given ANY PAIN MEDS to last me for 30 days like someone who has a heart might do... Even after Emilie went to him again and I guess tried to explain the situation... This guy wouldn’t budge!!! So I left there in tears!!! I didn’t make a fuss, but I was visibly upset. How anyone who is a Pain Doctor could do this to a Patient with Chronic Pain is simply Unconscionable!!! It costed him nothing especially for what I was going to get for him to give me that last script. I don’t understand how he can be so understanding when the only time he actually seems to SEE patients is before they get put to sleep before a procedure... SERIOUSLY??? Oh, and WHY WOULD I PUT OUT MONEY FOR A CO-PAY IF I (KNEW) I HAD BEEN DISMISSED??? I would have started looking for a new Pain Doc 2weeks prior, when I still had Meds!!

After going from specialist to specialist with no relief for constant back pain, I was referred to Dr. Yurii Borshch. He identified the cause of my pain and within one hour, I was pain-free, without any medication. If you are living in constant pain, I strongly urge you to see Dr. Borshch. Have been going here for years. Dr Borshch if gifted in his abilities. He also does not tolerate someone not being honest with him. He is a good Dr.

I went to see Dr. Borschch two years ago for a second opinion. He was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, AND HELPFUL. He did a thorough examination, and we talked, he LISTENED to my concerns, and we talked about a treatment plan which best suited my back issues.. Dr Borschch 's bedside manner is a rare find. You can tell he GENUINELY CARES. about his patients. The medical profession needs more Physicians like him.

Dr. Borshch is a compassionate, kind and patient person. He places so much importance in providing extraordinary care for his patients.
