Dr. Yuriy Pertsovsky, MD

I visited Dr. Pertsovsky after a previous doctor performed a laser procedure on my hemorrhoid, which left me with open fissure - a big problem for me. The first doctor's cream did not help. The custom-made cream by Dr. Pertsovsky prescribed felt too strong, like hot pepper, and causing severe burning. When I asked about a more sensitive alternative, he said he did not know of any. It seems procedures are paid more by insurance than prescriptions, but patients need doctors who also understand which medications truly work. Unfortunately, instead of finding a relief, i was left with more problems and no solution.

Dr. Y. Pertsovsky is a highly professional specialist with deep knowledge, vast experience and excellent communication manners. It's the same with office staff; caring professionals with exceptional communication skills. Meticulously clean office.

Dr Pertosfky is a very good doctor explains results of diagnostic tests and treatment necessary, when I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2009, he quickly referred me to a surgeon. My follow ups with him were always positive, if I complained of not feeling well he immediately investigated. Overall a great doctor so far.

This doctor is a fraud. After spending 3 hours in the waiting room, Dr. Pertsovsky merely saw me for 5 minutes--all of which consisted of attitude. He did not want to help me at all.

Starting from waiting in the office: in spite of you came exactly at the scheduled time you can wait hours and hours till medical assistance finally will call you. Doctor will make you come to the office as often as possible; will prescribe you colonoscopy every month just to make as much money as possible. He tells that he has to watch the treatment progress. When I brought my medical history with monthly colonoscopies to another gastroenterologist he could not believe that such things are possible. My visits to Dr. Yuriy Pertsovsky I remember as a night mare.

Doctor has crzy receptionist that abusing patients, hanging up on them and line is busy for hours looks like on her personal conversations.When receptionist pick up the phone it is no greatings of any information that it is medical office. When she is asked what is her name -the answer is "my name like it always was" and hang up of the phone.Doctor needs to have adecvate people working for him.This person he has needs most likely treatement on her own by psychiatrist.
