Dr. Yvan Nguyen Thomas, DO

Dr. Thomas is one of the most rude people I have ever met. She will never believe you're in pain and always acts like you're seeking drugs. She also will try to give you excess lab work after you have paid for your appointment. Coincidentally, if you do this, you end up paying 3 times what the appointment cost was to this awful woman. She loses records, dismisses patients, and actually told me that cannabis and CBD cause hepatitis. Wouldn't go back if my life depended on it.

Went to her about weakness in my legs. She asked if i fell, i said yes, she asked if it was at work, i said yes and she sasys we don't do worker's comp. I fell becase of weakness in my legs. She upped the medicine causing the weakness

I've been going to Dr Thomas since she took over Roman's practice. Every time I go in she puts her stethoscope in her ears and walks up to me only to act like she was going to listen to my heart kind of touches my blouse and she's done. She really isn't a thorough physician. I always feel like I'm wasting her time. I'm in the process of looking for a new doctor.

Don 't remember her rescheduling any appointments in the five or so years I have been her patient. When I was in the hospital she checked on me daily. She spends more time with you if she knows you really need it. She is soft-spoken and not outgoing. She is highly professional and tends not to share personal information. I didn't rate high on promptness but am not bothered by lack of it. I am flexible. I really have never seen a doctor who follows up after a visit. Very rare. She has taken good care of me even though my anxiety probably irritates her at times.

Yvon Thomas barely investigated and misdiagnosed. When the matter was brought to her attention she was indifferent.

Dr.Thomas asks you to sign a "Pain Contract" on your very first visit, which made me feel like a drug addict. (I've been on a level dose of pain medication for 4 yrs.). Then, she and her staff are slooooow and often condescending when asked for normal refills. I finished with feeling demeaned and with the constant runaround. Goodbye, Dr. Yvan Thomas!

I was not pleased with my visit to Dr. Thomas. Although I had an appointment scheduled, when I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment for that day and that it had been moved to Monday. Dr. Thomas had left. Apparently my phone number had been entered incorrectly, and I never received notice of a cancellation. I understand that it was a simple mistake that anyone could make, but consider the impact. Because of this little mistake, I missed time at work. I will still need to see a doctor, so must miss additional time at work. Also, I am not interested in a doctor that regularly reschedules appointments, so I must also find a different doctor, and hopefully one that has availability with the upcoming holidays. Meanwhile, my prescriptions are due to be refilled, and I still have the pressing health problem I was seeing a doctor about in the first place. This is shoddy service, and I won't be back to Dr. Thomas.

Very poor experience I would not recommend using her. Rescheduled both my appointments. Also had me wait over an hour. Asked her about a different problem I was having said was no big deal ended up being. Major problem !

My family and myself were with a previous doctor and were very satisfied with her but she left the practice so Dr Thomas took her position .... with that said I highly recommend not using dr Thomas due to lack of experience and poor Professionalism.
