GOOD EVENING OR GOOD AFTERNOON WHAT EVER THE PART OF THE COUNTRY YOU ARE READING THIS FROM I AM DISGUSTED AND FEEL SO UPSET ABOUT SUCH A HORRIBLE VISIT A HORRIBLE EVIL OLDER ELDERLY WOMAN WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T GO HERE SHE IS RACIST RUDE NASTY IMPATIENT SHE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE ANYONE WAITING SHE LIED TO RUSH ME IS IT BECAUSE IM BLACK ?! HAS TO BE WITH THE RACIST THINGS SHE SAID TO ME SAYING I HAVE SOMETHING WHICH I DON’T THE HOSPITALS WOULD OF TOLD ME ESPECIALLY AFTER GOING ON FRIDAY TO KENDALL REGIONAL I HAVE BEEN TO JACKSON MEMORIAL, MERCY, MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ECT NONE OF THESE PLACES TREATED ME BAD THEY TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING AND THEY HAVE ALL MY REPORTS AND CHECK EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU GO THERE THEY RUN ALL TESTS AFTER WAITING AND THEN HER SEEMING VERY IMPATIENT AND RUDE AND FOUL MOUTHED UGH I WISH I NEVER WENT TO HER. TODAY MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 2:30P.M. MIAMI FL TIME AND I HAD TO WAIT AND ONCE I WAS IN I HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 30 TO 40 MINS I NEVER LEAVE… ANYTHING BAD BUT SHE MADE ME FEEL SO LOW LIKE SCUM AND LITTLE ESPECIALLY ABOUT MY ETHNICITY AND MY RACE IM NOT ONLY BLACK MY DAD IS HALF DOMINICAN I WISH IT WAS A 1-800 NUMBER TO REPORT HER IMMEDIATELY SO NO WOMEN WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS EVER AGAIN SHE IS A HORRIBLE GYNECOLOGIST SHE IS VERY OLD AND IS VERY ROUGH ESPECIALLY IN MY VAGINA AND ON MY LOWER ABDOMINAL TELLING ME THAT THE PERSON IN THE HOSPITAL WHO DID MY ULTRA SOUND IS HORRIBLE AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING WHO ARE YOU TO SAY SUCH FOUL THINGS? SAYING I MAY HAVE THINGS THAT SHE IS ASSUMING WHICH I DON’T I AM IN TEARS ABOUT THE WAY SHE TREATED ME MY GIRLFRIEND WAS PRESENT AND WITNESS EVERYTHING I RESPECT MY ELDERS I WAS TAUGHT TOO SO I DIDN’T SAY BAD THINGS TO HER EVEN THOUGH SHE DESERVED IT!!!! SHE IS NASTY RUDE AND JUST NOT SOMEONE YOU WOULD WANT TO CHECK YOUR VAGINA SHE SCRAPED MY WALLS SO HARD I WAS FLINCHING SHE WAS ROUGH THE WAY SHE PUT THE TOOL INSIDE OF ME AND THE SWAB I FEEL SO TAKING ADVANTAGE OF!!!! I WAS ALREADY IN THE POSITION AND I TOLD HER DON’T BE ROUGH AND SHE STILL WAS WITH SHE NEEDS HER MD STRIPPED FROM HER SHE DOESN’T EVEN SYMPATHIZE WITH WOMEN SHE IS PUTTING ME DOWN AND DOESN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT MADE ME FEEL VERY VERY VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I REGRET EVEN GOING THERE AND WASTING MY TIME ON A PATHETIC INDIVIDUAL WHO WOULD TELL ME THE DOCTORS DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GIVING ME NASTY STARES AND THE WAY SHE HANDLES PATIENTS IS NOT RIGHT I DON’T KNOW WHERE SHE RECEIVED HER DEGREE BUT SHE SURE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CLIENTS ITS VERY SAD THAT YOU WOULD THINK A WOMEN CAN SYMPATHIZE WITH YOU NO SHE STARTING SAYING HORRIFIC HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT DOCTORS WHO CHECKED ME AND THEN STARTING SAYING I COULD HAVE SOMETHING WHICH IS FALSE I AM DISGUSTED AND IF I COULD REPORT HER I WOULD SHE DOENST NEED TO BE IN THIS PROFESSION THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME SHE HAD OTHER PATIENTS WAITING THAT SHE NEEDS TO SEE AFTER HAVING ME WAIT HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ((WHEN I COME OUT THE DOOR SHE IS BY THE WATER FOUNTAIN LISTENING TO THE DOOR I WAS AT BUT SHE HAD PATIENTS WAITING RIGHT! SHE IS A LIER)) I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK THERE YOU DON’T RUSH A PATIENT JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE OTHER ONES. TELLING ME ABOUT GASTROINTESTINAL WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. I NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH SUCH NASTY COLD HEARTED NONE CARING OF A PERSON. IF I CAN REPORT HER I SURE WOULD SHE DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE A STAR TOUCHING ME AFTER SAYING FOUL THINGS TO ME!!!! YOU ARE HORRIBLE AND GOD SEES ALL DON’T GO HERE IM WARNING YOU EVERYONE THEN SAYING THAT FIBROIDS IS VERY COMMON IN BLACK INSULTS UPON INSULTS RACIST!! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT RACE ETHNICITY I AM!!!!

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Yvette Ans for my first pregnancy control. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and after confirmed with her staff they told me that the Dr. doesn’t see pregnant women’s anymore. It was very unprofessional because she appears as a obstetrics in my insurance system. I’m very upset.

Nice doctor, but terribly run office. I am sorry to have to change doctors but I will have to.

I 've been a patient for over 20 years but now have left her office for good. She hires incompetent people and doesn't seem to care. It is impossible to ever reach her even if endless voicemails are left. I needed a corrected diagnosis for a mammogram and it took a week of voicemails until it was sent. The worst experience was when I was told I needed a biopsy and the Imaging Center couldn't get her to return their calls or send the script. I started calling and once again only got voicemails. I had to cancel the biopsy appt. She finally told the imaging center that she was away. who leaves a medical practice for 2 weeks with no one covering or even letting patients know she was away as her voicemail didn't say anything but hours open. Now I have had to delay this biopsy and adding to my anxiety. Time for her to retire.

I love Dr Ans as a doctor. But very disappointed how it ended after being her patient for about 8 years. She left my insurance. I was notified 2 weeks before. Since I found out. Called to know what I have to do for my medicine refills. Spoke maybe 4 times to someone in her office, left messages on answering machine. Sent emails. Nobody got back to me. Finally today I call, they answered me got to go to a new Dr for refills. So even though I had my complete check up not even 6 months ago, well got to do it again if I want my new refill.... I have cancer history. So I guess I can't wait. Just you should know. Very sorry to have to change Dr Ans. And this way.

So unprofessional the entire staff including the doctor

Dr Ans is wonderful and caring. However, one of her staff at the front desk is very difficult to deal with, when I asked her to do something (test result, appointment for surgery.....) she says that she'll talk to the doctor but she never did. It would take forever to have anything done at the office. Dr Ans is good but I'll change doctor next year just because I can't put up with that one staff member.

She's wonderful. She delivered my son 30 years ago and she's as warm and approachable now as she was back then.

I recently met Dr Ans in her office as one of her client. Se as very warm and professional. All together a very nice lady that I can highly recommend

Dr. Ans is a Great Doctor. She spends good quality time answering questions and gives excellent care to her patients. I have been a patient of hers for several years. The one complaint I have is the Main staff Member she continues to have working for her. Very rude to the customers. It clearly is obvious this person lacks customer service skills in full. Each time I have been greeted by her it hasn't been pleasant. I requested a copy of my records from the office and was told it would take about a week to receive them. I made 3 trips to try and get copies of my records and they were never ready. Then 3 months later......I receive a call from the snotty woman behind the desk. She had called to tell me 3 months later that my records were ready to be picked up, when I said I didn't need them, anymore because too much time had gone by, she got nasty and tried to pass blame on me. Typical South Floridian, Nasty and never takes accountability for their own actions. NO Customer… Service skills ,WHATSOEVER. I recommend Dr. Ans make some changes to her current staff. The other girl, I believe speaks Spanish and is very customer friendly! She really needs to be at the front and center greeting customers with a smile not an attitude and a sour puss face.
