Very pleasant. Dr. Lam cares about your issues. I was never rushed in my visit. She explains situations very thoroughly. Her whole staff are very nice and friendly.

I am 100% permanent and total disabled veteran. Lam told me that she will stop seeing me because I had another provider so a test as a second opinion. I have never heard or experienced such non sense. Two times now I had a video appointment scheduled and she cancels on me because she wants to go home to her family early for the day after procedures. She obviously do isn’t care about my health concerns. People deserve better than this and this Malicious needs to be brought up to the medical board!

The front desk was alittle off putting when coming in however once I was called back all of the staff were amazing and so nice. Everyone was caring and made my first colonoscopy procedure smooth and easy and made me feel calm Dr Lam came in and answered all questions was so nice and made me feel calm and at ease and had great bedside manner

It was time for my well health age appropriate colonoscopy and I was referred to Dr. Lam. She is a complete treasure with outstanding bedside manners. I met her for the first time at my consult appointment where she explained everything in detail. Morning of my actual colonoscopy appointment she presented with an amazing attitude, was completely compassionate, explained how my time at the facility was going to be spent, asked if I had questions, explained who her staff was and what those individuals responsibilities would be in caring for me during my visit. After my procedure she came in with all of the details, she showed extremely patience, attentive to my questions, and again, compassionate. Dr. Lam is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. I will most definitely recommend her to my family & friends.

Any type of medical procedure comes with some level of apprehension on one level or the other. Dr. Lam was just a delight. Her demeanor and exchange with me was real and authentic and human. And still, I sensed her expertise, knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend her over and over again, and I thank her for diffusing any apprehensions, along with her staff.

Dr Lam is a fairly new physician for me but my experience with her has been positive. She's kind, patient and listens to your concerns and does her best to help.

EXCELLENT patient services. EVERYONE that was scheduled with Dr Lam was friendly, supportive, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr Lam was informative and had excellent bedside manner. The anesthesiologist, nurse, and entire team from the time I got there to walking me to my car created a welcoming and supportive environment. Thank you.
