Don’t go here!!I made an appointment with the doctor over a month ago after recently moving to Tallahassee. When I arrived i was examined by an FSU student that did a thorough exam and was great, but he is a student. I was told that I would see the PA , not the Doctor after the student did the exam. The student filled my prescription, set me up with lab work. The PA finally came in to say goodbye and never asked me a question or had any concerns about the pain I’m in and why I was there. I was told that you don’t see the doctor even though you schedule the appointment with the doctor and you see a PA which is a joke for about 10 seconds. Basically I had a student today for the visit and they will bill my insurance company. I explained myself and concerns about not seeing the doctor and the PA. I shared my concerns with at least 4 of the staff who, didn’t care because this is their normal procedure. This can’t be ok with the insurance company or legal to bill my insurance for a student… exam, no PA or Doctor examined me. I left a message for the manager when I returned home, I probably won’t ever hear back. Don’t go to this place of business it’s definitely a scam for the patient and insurance company.

It saddens me to see how Dr. Mignon's practice has gone to the pits. Her front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, and lack the basic skills to properly assist patients. They will gaslight you, pretend that you are being irrational, and hang up on you. If you want to save time, protect your emotional and mental well-being, and save your life, do not under any circumstances put your health and wellness in their hands. You will come to regret it.

Whenever I need an appointment I always can get in. If not seen by the doctor the nurse practitioners are excellent. Dr. Mignon actively listens to my medical concerns and needs. I have received the best medical care here in comparison to my experiences in both Orlando and in North Carolina.

Honestly, I've been a patient at the Health and Wellness Centers of North Florida for over 5 years and I may have actually been seen by Dr. Emenike once. They rest of her staff are great but Dr. Emenike's practice is TERRIBLE. I've waited hours in the room to be seen. I think my record is 2.5 hours to be seen. Not to mention the time a lady puked all over the entire waiting room area because they would not put her in a room and the bathroom door could only be unlocked by requesting a key from the receptionist. The constant "policy changes" require you to make multiple unnecessary visits... every. time. you. go! They try to withhold medication refills until you make an appointment for one of these unnecessary visits or make an appointment for unnecessary referrals. My parents friend ended up with a suspected stroke because they could not get her to call in a 7-day refill on their medications while waiting for an appointment. I'm pretty sure their policy simply states, make patients… return as often as possible, anyway you can, even if unnecessary and risky. Visits = $$.

Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor follow-up. The staff is the best part of her office and even they need better leadership. Don't bother, wait for a real physician to open up. This one is only in it for the money.

She required several visits and tests over the course of a month in order to get a referral. I'm the meantime she didn't respond when the meds made me sick. She couldn't answer questions over the phone and wanted the office visit so she could charge. Office staff cancelled appointments 'accidentally' TWICE. No wonder she was the only doctor that had a new patient appointment available in less than a month's wait.

Never saw anyone after waiting over an hour (1:12). Staff was not helpful in terms of explaining what was going to happen and why. Answered questions with more questions. I was a new patient and never saw the actual doctor and was told I would not be seeing a doctor but the PA to explain my labs and do the pap. Nahh. I'll find someone else.

To clarify , their website says they provide mesotherapy. I drove out there only to find out they do NOT. CORRECT.YOUR WEBSITE PLEASE.

Dr. Mignon is a caring professional that ensures each patient's needs are thoroughly met even with her busy schedule. I commend her the 'personal touch' she brings when consulting with her patients. It rare that you have a doctor spend extended time with you to help you internalize a medical diagnosis. Thank you for possessing the unique quality of understanding people.

Need to be able to see the doctor and explore medical history and problems without her rushing out of the room. I believe she's a good doctor, just busy.
