Dr. Yvette A Tivoli, MD

I saw Dr. Tivoli a few times over the last 8 months at her Weston location (Riverchase Dermatology) & was never properly diagnosed. Each time I went to see her she was giving me random creams that made my condition worse. When I tried to call the office to consult w/ the clinical team before coming in for follow up, I was never able to reach them & nobody listens to the voicemails. If you want to see the doctor or talk to anyone, you have to make an appointment, & whether or not they actually are able to diagnose you, you will have to pay. So I kept paying for appointments & expensive prescriptions only to get no solutions or help from the office. I finally went to my primary care & she diagnosed me quickly & my issue was fixed. For the last month & a half I've tried to reach Diana, the office manager, to discuss the last outstanding bill that I have & I haven't been able to get her to call me back. I've approached the situation calmly and nicely and it doesn't seem to get me anywhere.

I was initially scheduled to have a couple of moles looked at but after arriving Dr. Tivoli recommended a full body scan - and was able to do it that appointment; no rescheduling needed. I was very nervous (because of the reason for my visit) but David at the front desk put me right at ease with his genuine friendliness. He treated other patients as though they were family. He spoke so kindly to them and even remembered their names! Dr. Tivoli was very kind and helped to ease my nerves. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I never once felt uncomfortable, rushed, or taken advantage of. No procedures were pushed on me and she spent time with me again at the end of the appointment to make sure I understood everything. For such a stressful reason to visit Dr. Tivoli I am very thankful that I chose her office. I highly recommend Dr. Tivoli to everyone!

I went into see Dr. Tivoli for a spot that was bothering me and also a long overdue body scan. Good thing I did because the spot was precancerous and it will be removed next week.... I have too much living to do! The Dr. was so pleasant, she explained all as she went about the exam and most importantly very thorough. I felt very comfortable and I am not a Dr. person! David was awesome in making me feel welcome and accommodated me with scheduling and all of the details. Entering the office I was so surprised... It was like a breath of fresh air.... So open, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Atlantic Derm. I will also be having Dr. Tivoli do some lasering which I am excited about...

I had excellent experience with Dr. Tivoli, she and her staff are very friendly. She does excellent work! Her office comfortable and looks great.

Given that it was both my and my husband's first time at a dermatologist, we were both a bit nervous. The moment we were met by Dr. Tivoli and and Nurse Meredith, our fears subsided. They were both incredibly kind and knowledgeable - it was a quick and painless process. Thank you!
