My experience with Dr Chiu was very good. I was in and out of the office right on time, and I really liked the fact that Dr Chiu took her time to explain rather complex details about root canal in an easy manner. She also told me what she was going to do ahead of time, and I really like that when doctors do that since ot makes me safe and prepared. In general, the experience was really positive

The dentist and assistant were amazing. They breezed through my procedure. The dentist was very good at explaining what would happen and then executing perfectly. It was as pleasant an experience as it could have been.

Dr. Chiu and her attentive staff were wonderful when I came in with a bad toothache. Dr. Chiu diagnosed the problem promptly and then proceeded to ease the pain with the right procedure. Her assistant was professional Thank you

Job was done efficiently, carefully and gently. One of the best root canals I've had. One never wants another root canal, but if I need another I'd like Dr. Chiu to do it.

I was very impressed with Dr. Chiu's Bedside manners. She is friendly and always has a smile for her patient and staff. She is also kind and considerate when administering the numbing injections and takes her time if the patient is uncomfortable. I will recommend Dr. Chiu for any endodonist treatments.

I was on time & they shortly called me into the back. The assistant was very sweet and asked if I would like a magazine while I wait for Dr. Chiu, of course I said yes! The doctor came in, briefly told me what was going on and asked me how my tooth was feeling (2nd time in, root canals are sometimes a 2 visit thing I suppose). They numbed me, about 10 minutes later they come and finish the root canal. Very pleasant visit and sweet doctor, she knows what she is doing! Recommend!
