I was referred to Dr. Richardson through a different ENT specialist. From the moment I met her, I knew very quickly that she was a great doctor. At my initial consultation, she did a comprehensive ENT examination. She was able to locate the problem. She prescribed nasal sprays for me and recommended that I use zinc. She took the extra time to explain things to me and she was most patient. She ended up doing a frozen nerve therapy in my sinuses. I am doing much better. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Yvonne Richardson is the best and most professional doctor I have ever seen, and she explained all my problems in detail. Now I have the confidence to solve my stuffy nose and tinnitus problems. Especially, she can speak different languages to solve problems. That was a great experience for me.

Dr. Richardson is the gold standard we now hold all of our doctors to. When we brought our 9 year old daughter in, we didn't know what was wrong with her and didn't know what to expect. Dr. Richardson was thorough, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She created a plan to determine diagnosis and followed that plan through each test and appointment. I would recommend her to anybody. When we received a cancer diagnosis, so was so approachable and literally answered every question we had. We never felt silly or uncomfortable. No question was stupid to her.
