Horrible office and staff. You can’t leave a message with anyone or a machine. They never answer the phone. It takes 3 days or more to get a refill authorized. Unbelievable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yvonne Morgan for 4 years. She is a compassionate, astute physian who cares for her patients with thorough medical investigative procedures and diagnosis. Her warmth and kindness put her patience at ease and she makes herself available to a personal relationship, while maintaining professionalism. SHE LISTENS! The office was so full of religious crap I had to leave! So discriminatory!!! I need a science based doctor not a Jesus freak! My insurance should place a comment next to her contact detail stating “Christians only.”

You are truly a remarkable Doctor and professional that we respect and trust. And I really enjoyed your personality "' ... You have done so much for my family, we appreciate your caring nature, and adore your loving personality you give to your patients. I've been seeing Dr. Morgan for years and I like her. But her staff is rude. They lie and try to be little people. I pay my co payments, and when it's time to refill my medication. It's a drag. They make me feel like I am some addict calling it in. Really! thinking about changing Doctors . I don't appreciate the way I get treated. I have a serious medical condition.

Dr. Morgan was by far the worst I've ever seen - terrible bedside manner, poor communication...I told her a medication I was taking was making me feel worse, and she told me to take more of it. She dismissed every concern that I had, and seemed annoyed that I was even in her office. I wont be returning to the practice and will be finding a new general practitioner.

Dr Morgan was my physician for ten years and I always felt she had my best interests at heart.

Very Rude I was a new Patient. I could never get anything said. She just kept telling me to WAIT WAIT!! Because she was just talking to her computer instead of listening to me. She also called the wrong prescription in. I gave her the label off my Prescription so she could she the kind of Med it was and she read it off the Label and still got it wrong. The pharmacy and I had to try and reach her to fix it. It was just terrible and scary. I got there early so it was not a very long wait.

I love her staff been going here for 8 yrs I'd probably try someone else but It takes too long to get an apt to try a new Doctor. I like Dr Morgan ok I Just wish she acted like she cared about my well being. she talks to her laptop not to me
