If I could leave zero stars, I would. Was sent an email my appointment was at 230 pm with new packet. I arrived a lil after 2 pm. I actually looked st my clock in my car it was 2:06 pm. There was one more customer at window. I got to window and asked to sign new packet cause I hadn't been there for 3 years or so. Yvonne started me on my thyroid journey 5 years ago. She said I was a no show, my apt was at 130. I said why did I get email stating it was at 230. Ohh I dont know but now we are gonna charge you $40 dollars for no show, that's our policy. Goes gets whoever from the back that follows her to the front just looking at me. I said ok, looking at empty waiting room. I said well can't you get me right now, oh no it's almost 230 pm. I looked at my phone it was 213 pm. I said um ok, I haven't had my medication for 3 days, I really need to be seen today. In a calm low voice. Another girl comes from the back like they are all listening trying to gang up on me and she sarcastically talks… to me like a little girl condescending and says, we didn't even prescribe you that medicine so we can't. I said, yes u started my thyroid journey cause it took me over a year to get seen by an endocrinologist. She said no and since your late, we can't. I kept showing them my email. They were like nope, i dobt know. It was at 130 pm. They proceed to tell me if I got there at 2 pm that they could've seen me! Lol, I'm floored at this point. I asked to talk to the doctor, they said no. I asked so what are my options, should I...oh no she cuts me off abput 'it's our policy, we are going to have to reschedule.' I was getting it from all 3 ladies with another standing in the hallway. Finally asked if I wanted to speak with Doctor, mind you she is a nurse practitioner, I said yes please. She takes awhile while I can hear the nurses yelling at Yvonne about how I haven't been there, almost like how dare she return and late, or no show, or whatever. I left. Yvonne comes out to my car, I tell her how rude her staff is, she starts yelling in a high pitched voice why are you yelling at me!! Lol I was like this a joke, she was like I haven't seen you in 3 years, waving her hands to the ground almost like coping a fit. I just smirked and said, I'm done. Thanks! Bye! So unprofessional, so rude, no compassion, no shame, no apologies about email, no NOTHING! Should've listen to all the other 2 star reviews and not gone back. Please do not send your grandmother's, mom's, dad's, brothers, sisters, or dogs, to this place. There is no TLC there! What a joke. NEVER been treated like this, they have a major issues.
